We have no idea. We have contacted Itch support and they previously un-quarantined our game but then, without doing anything, it got quarantined again.
That's just odd.. i hope you can get it resolved because i am a bit paranoid when it comes to stuff like this so it would be a shame if others cannot experience your content because of this
