Hello, love the game so far but I've run into a bit of an issue

I need to trade GoodLuck's junk with MothBot but when i go to the ferris wheel, there's no option to interact with MothBot despite pressing E. I think I have to make the ferris wheel turn to get to the booth that MothBot is in, but there's no option showing up to do that, please help!
