How do I save Rylan's brother I talk to him and say I'll find a cure but the quest devil's claw doesn't appear.
Its still a work in progress. The furthest you can go is when you go to magic school and learn a healing spell but it doesn't cure him it only heals him but there are lewd scenes if you do heal him.
