looks like it has a lot of potential, but unf. the rules don't look finished - despite the filename containing the word 'final' :) The setup seems to be in the pdf, but not how to actually play! Looking forward to learning more about it!
After a recent playtest, many of the issues with the rules were brought to my attention. I am currently working on fixing the rules so that it is more streamlined and able to be played.
