This is the 2nd time you post this. If you go to the Patreon site of this game, you will see that 0.22 is still being planned. The Dev is still focus on fixing bugs of 0.21
Right now the latest version is 0.21.3 and has a lot of bugs. The dev has just released 21.4 on Patreon and it contains bugfix. However, it is only available for subscribers for now. We are waiting for the free public version maybe next week or 2weeks from now.
