I didn't know about any of this. I guess I got first solution that uses both ladders. I figured the coin was a red herring, so used the ladder to bypass the chain fence, used the wire cutters to dislodge the bat and get the bike instead, use the bat on the boy, the molotov (-2) on the cop, and the bike (-1) and the falling boxes (-2) on the riot cop. Just punched the girl.
