You do know that if you make such a claim, you'd also have to get on the movie Split since it deals with those matters as well. It's a video game and many games take sensitive issues into their gameplay. There are plenty about suicide but it's to bring awareness at times. From what I gathered, they are different personalities which is also what they can be called. If the developers want to address them as that term than that is their decision. It was enjoyable to play and can't wait to see how it ends.
