Tried using winlator to run this game on android but an error occured saying i need to download Directx11 or activate 3D acceleration or update my gpu drivers...i have no idea what to do

What's your phone? Because it's definitely a problem with your container settings could be your phone doesn't work well with the settings (use conservative preset, vortek if you're using a mali gpu, turnip if it's a adreno GPU, and use dxvk) I can try to help set up some settings for you if I know your device)
