There are some differences like some pics are varying depending on the route (Liz outfits, etc).
Same step as the commentor said above this..... When Liz ask you to either she will shop with Sam or shop with you, select shop with Sam instead.. continue the conversation until you reach the dialogue about guys ogling Sam and Liz... Select the option "That is kinda hot!". This conversation will show in both NTR and Happy paths.
