I think the use of the limitation is very good, but for some reason I could not figure out how to shoot maybe im just dumb but you did a great job.

To shoot with the gun you need to load it with ammo which you can get from a crate marked with green at left side of the ship. You pick up ammo, open inventory, click on the gun, press "load" button to load it with ammo you picked up, equip it, and then right click on demons you want to kill when you're close enough.
