I'd probably start with getting the game's viewport to match the width and height of the screen. UI is too small and kind of difficult to read. In terms of gameplay, although the theme is "roll the dice" I find that rolling dice alone isn't all that much fun because I can't really form much of a strategy. You have the shop, which helps give the player some agency, but I think it's best to leave the dice rolling to some other system like world generation while giving the player more direct control of the main gameplay.
