radmin is not required for nove, and the reason why you may not bea ble to join is because, well the servers are located in Vietnam. so they are pretty ass
i live like the state below you and it works perfectly fine, if your looking for another option try brickline, Nove actually recommends it and the brickline owner is a developer of Nove.
