uh....how to download the latest version of the game first? when i click on itchi "download now" there are only versions 1.13 and below, i don't see version 1.15

We are making bug fixes on 0.1.16 right now before releasing it on itch. Once 0.1.16 is released on itch we will also make 0.1.15 free for public.
The current latest free public version on itch is 0.1.14 hotfix 2, you should be able to see it in the downloads tab.
