Export data, import in 0.5.1. Will open mind tab. Export again and import in 0.5.2. But will cause another problem, will raise the Stellar Nurseries prices for Planetary Systems.
I think it was beacuse the export and import thing in 0.5.1, maybe it gets the older prices from 051.
I had to do it again for "Meta Humans" to appear as well. I'm currently doing "Meta Humans" 1 by 1. I noticed two bugs. After "Transcendence" to create a "Meta," the "Subject" tab just freezes. I need to hit "Ascend for x Humans" to unfreeze it.
The other bug is in the "The Mind" tab; the page doesn't remember the button selected for 1 10 100 1000 MAX.
I'm playing, but I don't know if any more tabs will appear, since the last two didn't.
