i just bought the game on steam and finished my very first route – druk’s – and i hope i can at least convey a little bit of how much i loved it! not long ago, i played “intertwine” and completely fell in love. i immediately went to the dev’s profile to look for more of their work and stumbled upon the demo of “alaris”. when i saw that the early access version would be coming soon, i decided to wait. and, just as i expected, it was absolutely worth it: this game is simply gorgeous! the art is breathtaking – from the little details to the character designs and backgrounds, everything is stunning. the soundtrack, which was something that really stood out to me in “intertwine”, is also wonderfully done here; and the voice acting?? ahhh!! absolutely perfect! the story is deeply engaging, set in a magical world that feels even more enchanting thanks to the combination of art + music. other mechanics, such as the way our personality is shaped according to our choices, along with the encounters we can have with the love interests, are truly the cherry on top! what’s more, the characters are super charismatic, each with a unique personality that makes them absolutely charming. it makes me so eager to experience every single route. in fact, i have to say it here: i am extremely excited for kuna’a’s route~ (∩˃o˂∩)♡♡ i’m so happy i got the chance to buy and play this game, and i’ll be following every update as well as any future work from crescence studio!
