Just a notice : I figured out that the game glitches once you ask if you want an apprentice or not by Breezestar. Avoid that and you should be good.
Or just wait a really long time... It took me about 6 hours I presume for Breezestar to call a meeting- or just keep declining to have an apprentice or whatsoever.
