Do you always lock all the doors after Kerfur goes out to fix the servers? Because Kerfur doesn't unlock the doors by itself, it'll just avoid the locked doors and try following you throught the path that is the closest to you (which so happens to be the glitched triangular floor next to the window, if you locked all the doors and stay close to the window, which is something that does happen if you happen to be getting signals while Kerfur is outside)
