Not sure about that but I don't think they will make pregnancy more than what it is, its just a feature you can do for fun to add immersion to the game.
yeah you're probably right but it would definitely be nice raising a kid because I remember doing that in a different adult game although I forgot what its name though it's been such a long time since I played it although I'm really surprised pregnancy doesn't happen to other characters except for the player character which would be a good update because there are female NPCs that you can interact with maybe it could be just a good nod about like if you raise their trust value or something like that
