I tested this game on Chrome and Edge browsers, and they both run normally. Can you provide more information, such as browser version or system version?

windows 10 latest version of it, using edge i believe otherwise it mightve defaulted to bing but i doubt that

Please try the following solutions：

1.Browser or proxy strips HTTP headers

Some proxies, firewalls, or extensions may remove the Content-Encoding: br header.

2.Outdated browser / no Brotli support

Chrome before version 49 does not support Brotli.
Modern Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari support it, but some in-app browsers may not.

3.Cache mismatch
If your browser cached an old .js or .br file while itch.io updated its headers, the mismatch will cause parsing errors.

my browsers are fine i keep everything up to date, and i have no proxies and only windows built in firewall. only affects itch though and not just this game. i guess im waiting until itch gets an update
