The Fleeting and Exile effects are incompatible, so I gave the precedence to Fleeting. But that can be indeed completely overpowered in this case... Maybe the effects should just cancel each other out? Or do you have another suggestion to make it less broken?

Having them cancel out was my thought, so it just becomes a normal stone. Although I do like not letting my opponent have any turns
