I found the issue despite having purchased a bunch of supplies my game is glitched and my supply count was actually in the negatives. I'm still unable to make Rabbits because my Danish Oil was in the negative hundreds and I'm slowly working it back into the positives, currently at -70.
Risks of using an old save I guess.
