No I don't think so. This game is sometimes buried by other games so it's not "hidden"
Not sure if it's any different with itch.io notifications since I follow Lustdoll plus's discord for the latest news and I rarely uses itch.io notifications
If you just type the game on Google along with the itch.io tag then you could find it very easily
