Those pics are the drawings of Ishani the fortune teller. You need to run Lover and Happy path with Sam should be happy with you (not angry). Sam will then ask Ishani to allow MC access so you can see the drawings.
Once Sam inform you that she has gotten you access to Ishani's drawings, go to ShareSpace and you should see Ishani's account.
Take note that I said Lover AND Happy, not Lover OR Happy, because there are drawings that will only appear in Lover, the rest will be in Happy. Means you will need to run them both.
In Lover route, Sam is already genuinely happy with you. But in Happy route, you need to make sure Sam is satisfied enough to allow you to continue your lewd fetish with Liz.
