All the items needed for Asuka can be found in the warehouse, in a drawer in the mc's room, or found at locations. This is an ordinary ordinary loot, so sometimes it spawns in random places. Did you check the drawer in mc's room?
that ammo box under the desk? I didn't find it in there, the only thing in it were stuff i dropped in it to clear inventory space
Nikki has the bomb buy it from her and other stuff you can buy it with caps or loot the bugs or people after defeating them
