Season one was more than ok. A bit grindy but cool story bro. Then season 2 started. Oh holy..Absolutely nothing got better. Endless corridor walking, Waiting for calls, people and progress. 14 days of chopping vegs, accountant and try to fuck my sis. Didnt even bring my phone to this godforsaken island. Im done with this shit cant even find my own god damn training shoes. I met everybody and done all there is. I quit!!! Im out!!!! Season 1 6,7/10 Season 2 AWFUL!
Sorry that you didn’t enjoy it. On the contrary, I actually removed a lot of the grind in Season 2 — the continuation and unlocking of new events or variations in repeated tasks usually happens after no more than 3 similar actions. For example, you only need to work 2–3 times before moving on to new interactions with a girl (like Fern, for instance).
As for the sneakers and other events where you got stuck — I added hints for each girl. If in this update that’s all the content for her, then the hint won’t appear. The same goes for other events: if an event isn’t finished yet, you’ll get a message that it’s still in development, or you’ll be encouraged to keep spending time with other girls. I really tried to make sure you wouldn’t just run around in circles but instead progress through the story — but apparently, that wasn’t enough.
In any case, the grind is much less now. Most likely you ended up running around so much because it wasn’t clear where an unfinished event ends in the current version. I hope that if you play again after a few more updates, when the game has more events and the older ones are fully completed, you’ll change your mind.
