Same for me, was about to post a similar observation. 17 Super Humans, ~3.5k Stellar Nurseries. Progression has slowed to a crawl. Not sure what I'm missing...
You aren't missing anything, it wasn't intended. For 0.5.2 this barrier will be way easier to go throught
