hyper tokens can be made once you unlock the preggo hero (progress along main quest) and then finish the hidden Shrine part. Only one type of hyper token, that is the hyper token itself
Last question: I know it hasa use for the inn quest (idk if there are anymore atm) but what other uses do Hyper Tokens have?

Astolfo is in azuenna south, in the training yard with the soldiers.Velmonth mansion can be started by first getting a hyper token, then around 5000 gold
