flax/ linum for fiber is harvested with a swather harvester (macDon from DLC or the one from BcBuhler), flax/linum for seeds is harvested with a normal harvester and grain header. Read the description.
But you have a mod conflict. Disable mods with new bulk materials. Even Straw Harvest DLC causes this conflicts. Read other comments where such mods are mentioned.
