I think I ran into a small bug, I heard Freddie laugh and he wasn't in any of the cameras so I scanned the garage only for me to die 2 seconds later because Freddie shut off the power, even though the garage didn't scan anything.
You might've just been too late in stopping him
Make sure to immediately use the scan if you don't see him in any other camera
