not sure why people seem to jump to these abandonment conclusions.  i don't mind waiting, jonesy.  i very much enjoy your work.

Part of it is because Itch groups discussions per project and not per creator.  So if someone doesn't follow all of a creator's works, it's easy to assume that no status update in a particular project = creator has quit/died/been abducted by aliens.

As for me, I always assume abducted by aliens.  A few months later, the creator usually pops up again, and that makes for a far more entertaining explanation than working on other projects.

i get what you're saying, but with the adult gaming industry being in the shambles that it is now, creators are having a hard enough time staying afloat. it doesn't seem prudent to spread inaccuracies about the status of games. i'm guessing the added pressure doesn't help development.  anyway...that's just my two cents.
