it keeps crashing on my 2 device (tecno spark 20c & itel Rs4) I don't the reason why it's always crashing

Do you see any messages after the game crashes?
sorry for rate reply but, there is no a single message that appearing except the loading screen and a few minutes the game just crashed and bring it back to my home screen
