First off, epic game. In case it's helpful, I also got the bug where:
1. The first try of the portal, I failed.
2. The second try, it only showed the torch and I wasn't able to go to the other views (fire or overworld), I could only leave.
3. The third try, it only showed the torch again.
4. I bet it on the fourth try but I noticed that it only showed the usual monsters and not the extra-strong monster I saw in my first try of the portal.
5. Then nothing happened, and there was no ending.
Not sure if that was the intentional ending, but a little anticlimatic if so! One other thing would be better inventory management - I had saved up a lot of potions which were all overlapping. When I right clicked one, it consumed all of them at once, rather than just the top one.
Otherwise, awesome game.
