it seems like the $20 is for both the v1.2 scatsystem and fart system, whereas the other options are all for purchasing each version/addon individualy (say, if you only wanted farts or scat)
You got it! $15 is the scat system only, $20 is for both.
Due to the way itch works, you get access to every file at a lower tier as well. so it was including the 1.1 scat/far and 1.2 scat systen in one payment. If there.s a 1.2 fart system, that makes sense.
