Does the personality test change any of the gameplay? Because I plan on doing two different saves. A crazy psycho one, and an empathetic one.

Yes and no, because all the variables are interconnected to add realism. The ones you should really pay attention to are Jessica's (the blue-haired girl), especially submission and initiative. To keep track of that evolution, you can also use your MC's personality variables, which more or less correspond to those, namely authority/indulgence and softness/roughness. But to be clear, only the non-player character variables (like Jessica's) are restrictive for accessing different paths, whereas the MC's personality variables mostly unlock alternate dialogue. For example, if your humor is above 50, certain funny dialogue options will become available. That said, everything remains interconnected—for instance, choosing a 'humor' option might increase Jessica's initiative, while choosing an 'arrogant' option might increase her submission. So depending on the MC's personality, different paths (in this case Jessica's initiative/submission) will be more or less accessible.

Have fun with your different playthroughs, but I recommend doing them one after the other rather than in parallel. Enjoy!
