I quite enjoyed it, but the safe points are a bit unforgiving. You have to replay the entire section (sometimes go throught the same dialogue again) and it kinda made me stop when I had to dodge the spiders with the teleportation bug. Your character controls fairly buggy (i guess that was the point) so needing to replay the entire level just to dodge those spiders again feels unnecessary punishing. I am also not an enjoyer of inverted controls, so that secion also felt a bit too long and stretched out.
So overall, I think it is well done on the technical side and the art is fairly nice, I just think it needs some tweaks on the gameplay. The world feels fairly large for a 3 day project, so this is pretty cool!
We made a fairly similar plattformer, although we leaned in way more into the puzzle aspect of the game.
