my thoughts is because normal jails have laws it would be interesting if bdcc had more screwed up laws like how you can get away with raping someone but if their power is above guards your their slave instead
or killing is fine but using their bodys after death would be a crime based on a new system being used for massed children workers they work all forms of jobs from army to normal stuff
