If I buy the PoD version on Amazon can I download the pdf someway?
Hi! Due to Amazon taking its own cut from every sale, I am keeping the PDF and PoD separate (but if you wanna, I am totally not advocating printing out the B&W pdf and makin' a book out of it if you can...).
