Hi there,
Thank you for reaching out. I'm genuinely sorry to hear you feel this way, and I appreciate you sharing your concerns. Let me try to clarify a few points, as there might be a misunderstanding.

Regarding your multiple payments: Anyone who supported us on SS is entitled to a free key for the game here on Itch.io. We send these out daily specifically to prevent our supporters from paying twice. If you paid on that platform and didn't receive your key, please contact us directly, and we will fix that for you immediately.

1 About our Patreon/SS work: The way these platforms generally work is that developers share progress updates, posts, and previews while the main product is still in development. This is the standard model for many creators. Releasing incomplete segments of the game itself isn't feasible for a long list of technical reasons. It sounds like our content on that page isn't meeting your expectations, and I'm sorry for that.

2 Our Commitment: Our team works incredibly hard every day. We're proud to have built one of the largest and highest-quality visual novels on the market, and we're now finishing a new season that is even bigger. We've had to do this despite restarting development from scratch twice due to circumstances beyond our control.

3 I know I've made mistakes, and I'm always open to fair criticism, but I want to assure you that our decisions are not driven by greed. I've previously explained in detail why we had to change our monetization model - it was a necessary step to keep the project alive after all bad stuff that happened.

I am truly sorry that we've disappointed you, and thank you so much for your support in the past. It meant a lot to us. Perhaps I am still missing the point, but I'm trying to understand what we could be doing better. When you mention standards, could you let me know which other projects you're comparing us to? It would help me understand your perspective.

Sincerely,
UberPie
