Feedback

Excellent game! I had a lot of fun playing it. Initially, I downloaded it just to see how entertaining it was and to decide if I could recommend it to my partner, but I ended up completing it and honestly, I would have continued playing if there were more story content. That said, it doesn’t mean the game lacks appeal after finishing the main story; personally, it’s not the type of game that keeps me engaged without objectives. One of the best games I’ve played this year—just a few small changes and it would be perfect.

🐞 Bugs (I’m using a Mac with M4 chip, macOS 26 / macOS Tahoe)

1. Sewing points do not appear on the mannequin

  • Description: Occasionally, when placing a piece of the dress on the mannequin, the sewing points do not appear, preventing sewing.
  • How to reproduce:

    1. Grab a piece of dress and place it on the mannequin; the sewing points do not appear.
  • Temporary fixes:

    • Exit the mannequin menu and re-enter.
    • Place another piece of dress; the sewing points of the previous piece will appear.
  • Notes: This bug occurs intermittently but make me confuse when sewing.

2. Dress progress text flickers and disappears

  • Description: When returning to the mannequin menu after sewing, some letters in the dress progress (for example, quality or customer-requested features) flicker between black and white and remain white, making it hard to read the dress status.
  • Notes: This occurs especially when values change dynamically, such as the CUTE attribute.

3. Fabric piece names persist incorrectly when hovering

  • Description: When selecting or hovering over a fabric piece in the selection bar, the name of the piece may continue to appear even after moving the mouse.
  • Impact: This persistent text can overlap in the sewing menu, causing confusion and making it harder to correctly identify fabric pieces.
  • Notes: It reproduces intermittently but can significantly affect user experience when selecting and handling fabrics.

💡 Recommendations

1. Full display of fabric names in the sketchbook

  • Some long fabric names (e.g., “Amethyst Purple Floral Silk”) get cut off and are not fully visible, making it harder to quickly identify fabrics by name.

2. Improve navigation in the fabric store

  • Currently, you cannot scroll down to see all acquired fabrics.
  • Suggestion: Allow vertical scrolling and show the amount of fabric in meters, either via an icon or when selecting the fabric.

3. Workspace customization

  • It would be great to allow players to customize their workspace for a more immersive experience.

4. Better display of inputs and controls

  • Especially for sewing, controls are not clearly explained, including keyboard shortcuts. Improving visibility and guidance would make the experience more accessible.

5. Clearer scoring system

  • It is currently unclear why certain sewing actions or decisions generate more or fewer points.
  • Suggestion: Provide a transparent explanation of how points are calculated and what criteria influence the score, balancing technique and creativity.

6. Negative reputation system

  • Currently, even with very low scores, your reputation in the story increases.
  • Suggestion: Implement a negative reputation system, where poor performance results in consequences like lower payment. It should be harder to lose reputation than to gain it, so it doesn’t become frustrating.

7. Infinite money after the story

  • Currently, after completing the story, you keep the money from the end of the story; it may be infinite, but it’s not clear.
  • Suggestions:

    • Show an infinity symbol for money after finishing the story.
    • Or create a free mode with infinite money and no specific requests, possibly allowing the sketchbook to be shared. If this is implemented, there could also be a mode where generic customer requests appear after completing the main story, maintaining gameplay even after the story ends.
