just to keep the most recent comment from being that person, we want to say that we've loved this story for years and it is deeply important to us! we are engaged with local plural activism and community building and have both shared this with community members and had it mentioned to us as a deeply relatable, good, and important story. everyone i know who's read it has come away feeling less alone, whether or not they're plural and/or a therian. i feel confident saying that at this point this has become a pretty major (sub)cultural work, and it deserves its place!
