i just purchased the game via paypal but i keep getting this error and im not sure what to do? :( 
Sorry about the trouble. That error usually means the itch app isn’t seeing your download token.
1. Please make sure you’re logged into the same itch.io account you used to purchase. In the itch app, log out and back in, then try installing from your Library.
2. If you checked out as a guest, use the email from itch (“Your purchase of …”) and click the Claim / download link to attach the purchase to your account, then it’ll appear in your Library.
3. If you use a VPN, proxy, or ad-blocker, please disable it briefly and retry.
If it still fails, please forward your purchase email/receipt to itch.io support and they can re-issue the download key.
