does anyone know where i can talk to Nate? I'm trying to complete the glory hole quest, so if anyone could give some tips to complete it that would be nice.

At the Soccer pitch behind the School.
Mild Spoiler ver:
You Talk to Nate after playing soccer with the guys at the soccer Pitch after school, they will randomly invite you if you play enough and if you then get friendly with them you get the quest.
The real issue is getting all items needed, there mostly sold by random vendors as part of random stock as far as I can tell.
