For the Ish scene, you'll need to have at least 2 points in Obedience to get that dialogue option. The only 2 ways of gaining Obedience in this build are declining to punish Ish during the prologue, and accepting Evelyn's offer to air your grievances in a proper manner during her exploration encounter. I've actually lowered the requirement to 1 point of Obedience in the new builds, but for now you'll have to grab both of these opportunities to get the second Ish scene c:
