We dislike making bans purely because someone is being a nuisance, so we actually put a poll to the rest of the server when you made your first appeal.

The result was overwhelmingly no, with the only yes votes made with the caveat "I'm honestly just curious to see what would happen" and a joking "However, I recently found a bag full of gold coins and a note (confidential), so now I think he needs to be returned."

Normally, I'm all for second chances for people who have demonstrated change, but I'm getting much of the same vibes as before, and am not confident in any change sticking.

what are these options, i was never seen a hero, no one would love me, who the hell did i convince and what did i convince, and what's the 4th one😭, also i think this one is old and im pretty sure you and komisari choose no, which makes 7 people only trying fit in and thought the no option was funny, try to make a new one with making it straight forward with a yes or no and if they say no then I will no longer be bothering yall. And everyone deserves second chances right?🥺 other than that, i want no problems, i just wanna play the game.

As explained before, this was sent in regards to your first appeal request. I personally was torn on whether to entertain it out of curiosity, but I didn't even vote. Komi was actually the 4th option vote and he was also curious about what would happen.

None of that is really relevant anyways. While it's true the options presented were silly and lighthearted, you still had bothered the community enough to have 9 no votes and 1 joking yes vote aside from Komi. One member said they had even started reporting your account entirely, weeks before the ban, and I had personally received some concerning comments on my personal socials from a Dante hours after your ban. You made a net negative impact on the community and its people.

Regardless, I don't get the feeling that you're very remorseful or even serious about any supposed change. You've acknowledged you were annoying, but I feel that fails to capture the scope of your actions. Making threats to continue bothering us, trying to discount the evidence against you, and making moral arguments like saying everyone deserves second chances is not helping your case.

I'm not against the idea of unbanning people that have demonstrated remorse and a commitment to change, but I'm seeing none of that right now. You may try again another time when you can demonstrate substantial change, but I'm rejecting this one.

I sincerely apologize for "threatening" yall by asking to unban me and i accept i won’t be unbanned any time soon but who the hell was reporting me and i can barely remember harrasing anyone or even arguing with anyone, and I have no idea what you are talking about with the dante person, my real name is Dante and is not from the game devil may cry even though i really like that game, i don't even remember the last time I commented on someone in social media, I also call my myself dragon, zazu, and dante, but I dont even know any of your channels and how it would even find it, well that's the end for this i will try to attempt to get unbanned maybe next year or on Christmas and thanks for your time, and when I say I won’t be the same is mean I will have a different personality but I will still be using emoji's not as much as last time but as a normal person, goodbye❤️✌️👍

Chuckles 🤭 Why don’t you just do a search for (how to bypass ban on discord). Theirs many ways to do so 😂. It only takes around 5-15min per new account with new email account. I was banned on a few games for hacking like call of duty, unturned, Minecraft, atlas. Ark genesis hack was removing all leaves/Ground clutter. Chuckles be carful some devs may remember how you talk in chat from sentence structure and grammar. And in game from how you battle or build. Dev if you read this give him/her another chance believe me it’s easier to give a second chance than make a person mad that may not have anything better to do than make new accounts to just spam you. chuckles I have never did that (eyes looking up toward corner).

Not the dev, but our decisions are made based on what benefits the community as a whole. We aren't going to throw the community under the bus in the case one dude can't get his act together.

Not to mention, we have and do give people second chances (though this guy's on his 4th if you consider the verbal and official warnings leading up to his ban), as long as they actually show a proper willingness to change. He has shown no such thing.

If we could trust him to not do the same thing that got him warned and banned in the first place, we would unban him properly. Else, it doesn't really make a difference whether he's on the same or a different account.

I have been a volunteer and paid moderator in the past on a few games. With online games you could give them shit duties for punishment or in shooter style games set them with the weakest weapons or have them respawn in a deadly area. Here is an ideal as a punishment have any person that is banned to delete all there saved game files and post a pic of the empty save files before you give them a second chance. Chuckles just think all those fish you caught swimming away😈

Chic noodl i cannot tell if you are replying to me or dingle berrie but I completely agree with you, I promise on everything I love im not using a different account or email or whatever just to get on the discord server💔, but I already accepted my punishment for being stupid and I think trying to bypass that is very just dumb.
