I think you can ,when your in the game on the phone where you been playing there should be (in the menu) a Line where it says upload sync click that then youl get a code ,then on your new phone download the newest version and click in the main menu before going on load or new Game or something into options and then download sync then enter the code and that should be it never tried it so correct me if I'm wrong but that should be how it works

Under the settings menu there is a "download sync" button. Open that and it will give you a unique, one time use code. The code is valid for one hour. Open your the game on your new phone and open the "download sync" again. Enter the code there and it will download your saves.
