It might be a local issue, with Paypal singling out your region, perhaps? That's just a supposition, though. All I can say is that, internally, I can confirm most of the sales I've made since launch were processed through Paypal. The game is properly tagged as Adult content on Itchio so whoever is blocking it might be able to determine this is indeed adult content. My apologies.
