47 days ago, I initiated the payout process, and 29 days ago it was marked as 'paid'. However, due to a connection issue with PayPal—caused by a system change made by Itch.io that required me to reconnect my account—this payment never appeared in the associated PayPal account. 27 days ago, I opened a support ticket to find out where the funds are, since they do not appear as withdrawable balance on Itch.io, nor as a received payment on PayPal’s side but I haven't recived any answers yet.
