Well with no touching anything at all, your final score is just... your time. As for the hills, I meant drive over them and then back over them, but driving all around is acceptable, I suppose.
I'd think driving fast in the pole room would be worth a few 3-second penalties, although I'm just guessing; I'm having trouble finishing my own track right now XD... I keep clipping into the hills by accident, driving in a circle's certainly much safer
