Have watersport enabled in PREFERENCES
On the hate extended path with Mechanic
Have at least 15 corruption
Go to the car shop from 8:00 - 17:59 to have threesome with the mechanics
Choose "You suddenly feel something trickles on your face" at the end of the scene
