I think it is the Samsung auto blocker feature. Try to disable it in the Settings > Security and privacy > Auto Blocker, then retry installation. If this does not work than I really do not know what it is since I can install the app on every android version above 6 in my emulator. I hope I helped.
I think I found the issue, it is because of notorious architecture of Galaxy A13; sorry. I uploaded a new version (0.57c compatibility version) for android so it is compatible. Try it out now.
